At 401 Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items are unworn and still have the original tags attached, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your 401 Games account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
