Lockheed Martin’s F-35 Lightning II is a single-engine, single seater 5th Generation fighter developed with three distinct variants, each enjoying extremely low observability and excellent connectivity: the F-35A, F-35B and the F-35C - aircraft have been delivered since 2015. The F-35C has larger wings and horizontal and vertical stabilizers than other F-35 variants and folding wingtips in light of its carrier deployment design, as well as a larger fuel capacity and a reinforced nose landing gear with dual tires to help it withstand the punishment of carrier landings, plus a launch bar for catapult assisted takeoffs. Its low observability promises to give U.S. Navy operations a new dimension.

This is a 1/72 scale plastic model assembly kit. Length: 215mm, wingspan: 148mm. ★The extremely stealthy F-35B is recreated with great accuracy, including finely molded raised RAM sections. Choose whether to assemble the model as landed or hovering. ★The aircraft is depicted with the nozzle pointing downward, and various doors open. ★2 different sets of landing gear parts (compressed and extended) are included. ★AIM-9X and AIM-120C ordnance is included. ★Comes with a pilot figure, stand for a hovering F-35B model, and 5 marking options.Â
